Disgusting practice, Dr Eddy refuses to hear any concerns. He doesn’t listen to what anyone has to say regarding their children’s dental care, he uses all your Medicare rebate, lodges things through the system like dental cleans, which never took place. And when approached about possible mistreatment he replies with ‘goodluck getting anything back from me’ while laughing at you.

Do not recommend this practice at all!! Horrible practice. Dr Eddy doesn’t take responsibility or will admit fault, he doesn’t have any empathy surrounding his patients and will refuse to assist when it comes to finding a resolution to a complaint regarding treatments. He is belittling, and quite frankly rude to anyone in whom comes to him regarding dissatisfaction.
Everyone went beyond my expectations when helping my 3yo feel comfortable and happy about having her check up done. She hasn’t stopped talking about it for weeks. You’ve made a positive difference compared to her last experience (different clinic) so we will definitely be back!
