Reviews:
Ever since Dr Roberts retired this office has gone down hill. The front staff are rude and indifferent when checking in. The office staff have charged me for dental work my adult daughter had done with her own insurance and when asked they deferred answering. It took three months to get the error fixed and my money refunded. The last straw for me was when they are more interested in selling me on dental work I don’t need and not correctly fixing work I did need. It’s sad this used to be such a great caring practice.
For about a year now me family and I have seen Dr Shervastava after having seen Dr Roberts for so many years. She was both thorough and personable, as was her dental assistant, hygienist and the front desk staff. The dentist was honest about preventative care that Will save me money and stress down the line. She followed up on a dental surgery I had last year too. I’m happy to continue at the Hillsboro Dental Center even after Dr Roberts’ retirement and the new staff. Thank you for a pleasant visit!
Ever since Dr. Robert retired this office has gone down hill. For a crown job I had to go back four times. After they placed a temporary crown it didn’t hold I had to go back several times.

The molding they did was not done right, they had to do it twice. On the day that they were going to do the crown, they called 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know the molding has not arrived to reschedule the appointment.

I am really disappointed with the service after Dr. Robert’s retirement.
