Everyone was nice/pleasant buuuut…
Came here because of good reviews but front desk took several minutes to understand that I was here for a dentist appt (language barrier even though i said dentist appt/they called yesterday about emailing xrays/showed her email adress/dr name). I was eventually directed to an area that has “dentist” on the wall in big letters but one door was set up for a safari themed party and the other door was locked. I was told to arrive 30min early for paperwork. Appt was at 11 and i arrived at 1020. I called the dentist office and the person who answered said they’d unlock it as soon as they were done with the person they were with. At 1045 I called again and the phone just rang and rang…while on phone a woman approached with a clipboard asking me to fill out paperwork and said “it’s been crazy with rain and lights flickering”. I replied that the lights flickered 5 minutes ago and I’ve been here for 30. I then asked if she received the email of my xrays that they requested the day before. She said she hasn’t checked yet!?! Around 1115, I was informed…yadda-yadda…xrays not good enough/need panoramic/insurance covers every 5 years but I was told 3 when I spoke to them/I’d have to pay (I believe) $170 for new xrays before being seen. I was just there for a cleaning. I took my paperwork and left. I tried to be proactive and get everything figured out BEFORE my appointment…but they weren’t prepared until AFTER my scheduled appt time…now I’ll have to find a new dentist and wait ANOTHER couple of months. Smh. These places don’t care about your time or customer care.

En la oficina Dental, el Dr. Cano y todas las muchachas me encantan. Me tratan bien y me hacen sentir en familia. Estoy bien feliz con ellos, vine con un trabajo super complicado y el Dr. Me cambio la sonrisa completamente. El trabaja super bien y no le gusta hacer basura. Y los dientes no se caen.
