Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I cracked my tooth a while back and was hunting high and low for a holistic dentist and came across Holistic Dental Care. On my initial visit, the receptionists were so inviting, I felt at ease immediately. When meeting Emma (my dentist), I was dreading what she would say about my overall oral health and what I needed doing but she is honestly, is the loveliest dentist I have ever met. She explained what I needed doing and was so calm about it. She reassured me that she could fix what was needed, explaining everything so clearly and using images to help me understand it all. I’ve now had my cracked tooth fixed and all my metal fillings replaced and couldn’t be happier. Emma is gentle, extremely patient and most importantly a perfectionist, which is what you want when it comes to your teeth. Emma and her dental nurse have such a good relationship and work fantastically together. They are genuine and really do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and are so caring. I’m so glad I found this Dental Centre because they have lifted a massive weight off my shoulders and I now know my teeth are in good care. Thank you so so much, Lisa.

Switching from an NHS dentist to a private dental practice has been a positive experience for me. The cost was a consideration but I was at the point where I’d developed a phobia of going to my NHS dentist.

Emma was able to give me time, and this I found to be hugely valuable. I was made fully aware of the state of my teeth, photographs were taken and a programme was put in place.

I was recommended to use Beau Honey for Hypnotherapy. This has not only helped me manage my anxiety surrounding dental and hygienist appointments, it has been a complete game changer for any medical appointment.

The receptionists provide excellent customer service. There are super comfy waiting room chairs and dental chairs, and a TV screen to distract me. I was allowed time to set up my hypnosis recording and my dentist checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. I was provided with a rubber dam (for comfort) and a cushion for my bite to assist with keeping my mouth open during a lengthy procedure.

I would recommend the Holistic Dentist. I have been able to move from phobia to confidence in my dentist.

She is a perfectionist and her care and attention made it a smooth and easy journey. She is so gentle making the straightening of my teeth pain free. Nothing is too much bother and she’d rather have a quick appointment to check that everything is moving in the right direction rather than leave it to chance. The end result is amazing and something that I never thought could happen.
The whole experience was perfect, including the lovely warm welcome that I received every time I visited from the delightful receptionists. Thank you.
