I saw Dr. Edwards 10 days ago. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Edwards and his staff! I drove from Bradenton to be treated in his office and it was worth the 3 1/2 hour drive through the horrendous traffic! I will be returning in the future as well.

Dr. Edwards is honest, kind and an excellent, holist dentist. I had an abscessed root canal pulled and two cavitations cleaned out. Afterwards, I followed his protocol and had practically no pain. It was amazing! They made a follow-up call the next day to check on me which I really appreciated. I regret that I did not know about holistic dentistry sooner. Do yourself a favor and do not get a root canal!

EVERYONE on his staff was kind and professional. I have read the bad reviews about Ja and they couldn’t be further from the truth in my experience! DO NOT believe it! She has been delightful with all of my interactions and with my son. I know you will find her to be the same. Thank you Dr. Edwards, Jess, Ja and your entire staff! Bless you all!

I saw Dr. Edwards for cavitation surgery, 4 areas in total. The end result was great, but the total experience was not. I did develop an infection in one surgical area, called the office, showed up at my scheduled time. I waited for well over an hour while he attended other patients, walking past my room many times without a word. I had to leave to return to work and rescheduled. At the next appointment he was timely, took less than 5 minutes to assess my infection and tell me what to do for it. This could have been handled easily on the prior day.

My biggest complaint with the office is with the office manager Ja’. I agree wholeheartedly with other reviews as in she is extremely rude; not the type of person who should be working in any customer service position, especially as the manager.

Wow, what an experience this has been. Dentistry here goes beyond oral health. It is for your overall health! I have never had an experience where my doctor sat down and educated me on prevention, my current situation, and a plan for my entire mouth, for my entire life. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. What an outstanding doctor, staff, and office. So grateful to be able to get treated here. also the office is sooo cozy and lovely it feels more like my aunts house than the typical cold and hard dental office. You get to sit and look at the river and little bunnies and birds walk by. That’s the cherry on top! Can’t wait to be back 😀 thank you Dr. Edwards, Kasoom, and the lovely hygienist and receptionist (whose name I cannot remember at this time ) for taking such lovely care of me.
