Vile, don’t go – I hadn’t been for quite a while before covid though was planning on an appointment soon and then covid hit, without warning they kicked me off the books no letter or message nothing. My son still goes and I added my name to waiting list then recently an appointment became available – arrived slightly early ready, was kept waiting until nearly 30 minutes after appt time (no update by reception I had to ask myself) then upon entering male dentist was pleasant enough but my gosh the ‘assistant’ or whoever it was as she didn’t even turn round to introduce herself was vile, the dentist asked how long since last went I proceeded to say years but you took me off the books without warning (I said so all pleasantly) and this person kept piping up comments with a terrible attitude on her – must have been having a bad day! I just got back up and said I’m going and told her that her attitude stunk! How dare she speak to people like that! I will be going elsewhere never to return. I’ll also tell people I know not to ever bother going there. Think this place has got too big for their boots!

I’m not sure what has happened to this practice, it used to be really good but has gone completely downhill. My last 5 appointments have been cancelled at the last minute. I need treatment for a number of issues. Yesterday I phoned in with a very loose crown and was told my dentist couldn’t see me for almost 1 month. The reception staff sound rushed and moody. Today I have phoned again and they don’t even answer the phone. Eventually the line goes dead.

I went to the dentist today for a white filling. My dentist was a Lithuanian lady. She was absolutely magnificent couldn’t rate her highly enough. She kept asking if I was OK and gave me a 10/10 service. Very knowledgeable and sincere. Listened with interest I highly recommend her. Thank you for such a lovely service Tracy Barnett
