I came here for a check up with Pritti. It’s was my first time at this practice and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the way I was treated. Pritti and her assistant gave me a very thorough examination then told me that I needed three fillings. I haven’t been for a check up in many years so I expected worse! Pritti was more than happy to take care of me on the day after a break to make sure the numbing injections had taken effect. I then had the fillings done within no time at all and would like to say she did them with care and patience. I’m very grateful that Pritti advised me to get them done on the day rather than wait. I even witnessed one of the managers kindly offer to help a lady up the stairs with a pushchair as she was passing a struggling mother. I just got an overall feeling this dental practice care for their patients. I highly recommend. Thanks again.
I took my son to the dentist for his first dentist appointment, the staff were lovely, when I finished, I had to queue again to summit some documents at the desk after finishing, my son was getting restless and the queue was a long one. When it was my turn, one of the receptionist who was free just turned her eyes to the lady behind me and said ‘can I help’ and the lady went to her. The patient could have told her it was my turn because she asked if I was on the queue and I said yes. I just hope it’s an oversight and not racism. When she finished attending to the lady, she stood up and went to the other side of the desk, I had to wait until another receptionist was free.
I attended Houghton Regis Dental Centre and the 1st contact with the staff was professional as always.
My appointment was with Dr Faiza Asif Pathan & her assistant. The appointment was on time (16:30, no waiting) & Dr Faiza stuck the injection in my gums before she started the treatment on me. All the time reassuring me that I was doing ok and if I was feeling any pain, put my left hand up (I didn’t have to). Thank you Dr Pathan & your Assistant for looking after me. Just waiting for the medication to wear off.
