To start, the space is state of the art and the customer service is beyond elevated. The office is immaculate and stunning with the newest technology and gadgets for all things mouth and entertainment related. The beautiful waiting room immediately instills a feeling reminiscent of entering a world-class spa only to be paired with a front desk staff who are kind, efficient, and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable before my appointment began.

Secondly, the actual dental service is unmatched. Dr. K and his team leverage their expertise and dental technology to provide elite cleaning and dental services. Throughout the appointment, all services and options are clearly explained and discussed with the patient before continuing with treatment. Because the treatment room is so well laid out, the team is able to educate their patients about their mouths using the TV screen directly in front of the chair. The transparency is much appreciated and helps to visualize how my daily brushing and flossing routine impacts my mouth.

Finally, the detailed touches throughout the office and new patient onboarding experience show how patient centric the practice is. Before the appointment, the personal outreach and online survey to provide a customizable experience are much appreciated. In the office, the TV on the ceiling is a wonderful touch and the music selection is calming. I recently visited Hudson Dental Co, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the facility is straight out of a magazine. The waiting area had a cool, spa-like vibe that made me feel relaxed.

Dr. K and the whole team were amazing. They took their time when going over things with me which I really appreciate. They have got some really cool tech – my favorite being the high def 3D scan of my teeth. Also, one of the best parts was getting to watch Netflix with noise canceling headphones during cleaning which took my mind off of the cleaning process. How cool is that!

Everything went smoothly and I was out of there on time – no waiting around, which is a HUGE plus. Besides caring about my dental health, I felt like they go the extra mile to ensure their patients have a good overall experience. I highly recommend going with them for your dental care.
