I went to this dental office for appt I took about 4 hours to get off my visit! I arrived 40 minutes before my scheduled appt. I had waited around 1.5 hours before I was called, it was like a kindergarten a kid was running around wild make a lot of noise and none of the staff tried did something about. The radiologist was very rude and unfriendly. I had reminded him that I am handicap and have be little more simphatetic and patience. Then a dentist came and was rough. After the visit was done I had to wait at the front desk waiting for somebody talked with me. Another 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting I decided to leave,then the receptionist said that someone would called me and nobody did it! Update for my review I call this office to find out about my past appointment and the kind of work they go to perform. The office said that the insurance haven’t approve the job. I call myself my insurance and told me that everything had been approved. I received the confirmation number, then I call the office back, I spoke with someone after been place on hold several times and then disconnected after 30 minutes wait everytime I called back. Finally I got a hold of an employed who tild me that I have to paid for dental extractions. Called back the insurance I founded about my copay and deductable is $0. That I haven’t need to pai for any procedures. Call back this dentist office and they insisted that I had to paid for irrigations. I tried to explained about no deductible nor copay, but they don’t want to listen. The employee that answer the phone was rude and vulgar. Is this the way you conduct business? I will never recommend that kind of dentist. They only care about money. Shame on you! Thiefs with a profession.

!Mantente alejado! personal y medico grosero e irrespetuoso. Son de Xhinq es muy dificil de entender. Lleve a mi mama a esta oficina la semana pasada y esperamos 3 horas al dentista grosero. Querian cobrarle a mi mama miles de dolares de inmediato. Cuando se explico el tratamiento, fue dificil entender lo que cubria el seguro. Llamamos al seguro y dijeron que los precios que nos dijeron eran completamente diferentes y que cobran de mas con codigos incorrectos. Usan xodes que son bot en seguros para hacerte pagar.
