Disappointing Experience: Lack of Follow-up and Care

As someone who values proper dental care, my experience with Idaho Street Dental left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to follow up with me after appointments, but they also displayed a concerning lack of care for their clients’ dental health.

From the moment I stepped into the office, it was clear that something was amiss. The staff seemed disorganized, and communication was severely lacking. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for follow-up appointments or inquiries about my treatment plan, I was met with radio silence.

Furthermore, the level of care provided during my visits was subpar. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, and there was minimal effort to address any issues I was experiencing. It’s disheartening to entrust one’s dental health to a professional who shows such disregard for their patients’ well-being.

In a field where trust and communication are paramount, Idaho Street Dental falls short. I would caution anyone seeking quality dental care to look elsewhere, as this practice clearly prioritizes profit over patient care.

I recommend Idaho Street Dental any chance I get! I went years without seeing a dentist because I had such a fear of it, but now I never miss a 6-month cleaning. Dr. Hastings is so gentle and kind. Any time I’ve had to get work done, she took the time to explain to me what she’s doing and make sure I’m comfortable. I also adore Ashlee, she’s so quick and gentle with her cleaning, and she always remembers me when I come in. Going to the dentist now just feels like catching up with girlfriends thanks to the amazing people at Idaho Street Dental!

Idaho Street Dental is the BEST! Dr. Hastings and her team are talented, kind, positive, problem-solvers, and provide state of the art service. My husband and I have been delighted with our dental care and cosmetic work from Idaho Street Dental. I also love watching the birds and squirrels outside during appointments. In addition to a wonderful staff, the office itself is welcoming and clean. We are grateful for Dr. Hastings and her team!
