Tammy was very attentive and immediately acknowledged my daughter and I when we got to the office to check in for our appointment as well as making the follow up appointment. Tammy was very polite and informative. Most of my daughters time in the chair was spent with Veronica who was immediately sweet and personable with both my daughter and I. Making it a very easy and comfortable experience. She answered all 100 of my questions without making me feel like any of them were stupid or that I was a burden. Thank you for making this experience as comforting as possible.

Office manager Angela failed to inform us before both of our boys appointment(8am & 830am) if the doctor could take them both since we were 13 minutes late in which a voicemail was left. There has been multiple occasions where we were called back after 30 minutes of waiting. I informed her that if the doctor cannot take both, we will reschedule. The doctor and his assistant waited until they were done with the 830 appointment, which started at 819 and finished at 840, to notify us how they weren’t able to care for our other child.

Tammy the check in person was absolutely wonderful. This was my third time there. The dentist is very impersonal does not greet the patient and does not explain what is going on. After my first checkup he just told the dental hygienist what to schedule me for. What I went in there to do this last time was changed. When I was leaving the hygienist says….
