I went to this dentist place because it’s one of the places that takes me insurance (peachcare) I would say there is like 1 or 2 decent people there. My sister and I went here for about a year and every time I come in for my 6 month cleaning, they say that I have gum disease and cavities. I know I’m not the only one because the other reviews all have the same problems as me. This place is a legit scam, all they wanna do is make money off of you. My sister had to get fillers or smth and they costed $50 for each teeth which the total was $500. (News flash: she didn’t even need them) the first time I came here, nothing major and they advised me to start flossing and so I did, for the next 6 months. When the second appointment starts coming around they said that I haven’t been flossing good?? Like girl I floss everyday, at this point they’re just making up stuff. They also mentioned that I had cavities and that I should get them removed (news flash: they make you pay out of pocket) my mom asked the dentist where my cavity was and they said “oh you can’t see them it’s too small” like why mention it if you can’t even see it brotha. They also like peer pressured me into buying their mouthwash that will “cure” gum disease. Obviously I quit immediately and found a new dentist in Cummings and they told me that my teeth were super clean and healthy!! No gum disease as well!!

I have been coming to this dentist since 2008. It started off as my parents taking us to this dentist and there is a reason I still drive an hour to come to this dentist office, specifically. Dr. Levingston is simply amazing. He has been working on my teeth since I was in middle school. Fast-forward to now almost 17 years later, and he is still one of the only dentists’ that I trust to work on my teeth. The dental hygienists are all very knowledgeable and always take good care of you. A lot of people write reviews talking about how they recommend deep cleaning which cost more however, those are genuinely needed if your gums are in a certain stage and need to be treated. The office and staff goes above and beyond, and I cannot say enough good things. Nicole, who deals with all of the insurance stuff went out of her way to help me with some insurance stuff. I will continue to make this my home dentist office! Thank you, Suwanee Imagix Dental!!

Not as much of an issue with the dentists and hygienists themselves. They are kind and gentle and seem to be pretty good overall. The business practices and the front desk? Just awful. After 2 years here I’m not sad to say good bye. Insurance doesn’t give us many options but there’s got to be something better than this. If you can help it, go somewhere else. They aren’t kidding about the 10 minute wait period. That includes getting your doctors permission for them to clean your teeth. Just a cleaning? Okay… so if your Dr. Office has you on hold for 10 minutes? Goodbye appointment. Oh, and they can’t switch who is cleaning your teeth even if you have back to back appointments because you have different providers… it’s a teeth cleaning? Who cares who cleans your teeth that day? But they simply “cannot make a switch” even though we had back to back appointments… So I said fine, cancel mine too, no I don’t want to reschedule.
