Dr. Shainhouse has developed a well-deserved reputation for making nervous or anxious patients feel at ease, which is how I was referred to him.
All of my questions were patiently answered in a professional, informative and caring manner, and all of the procedures I have had done were far more comfortable than any prior dental work I have ever experienced.
I’m pretty sure he’d love to have some normal, less jumpy clients too, so if you’re looking for a new dentist, I would recommend Imperial Street Dental without hesitation.
The dentist did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and fixing a cavity filling that a previous dentist did not do such a good job on. in an xray, he showed me that the previous dentist had not cleaned out the decay before doing the filling. He clearly explained everything to me about the procedure and why I needed to do it. I HATE needles but he and his assistant were both patient with me, and it was quick and painless. Will come back to this place if I ever need to see a dentist again!
Dr. Shainhouse is fantastic. Being someone who is nervous about going to the dentist, it’s very helpful that everyone in the office is very warm and welcoming, and professional. I’ve received excellent cleanings from Dr. Shainhouse himself as well as other members of his team. Dr. Shainhouse removed one of my wisdom teeth in the past and I experienced minimal pain, and minimal bleeding. The office is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I never feel rushed during my appointments.
