I experienced an unexpected dental emergency while on vacation in the Loveland area requiring a tooth extraction. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The professionalism by Dr Olsen and his assistant Johanna were much appreciated. It’s tough to be out of town and have a situation like this occur raising the stress level of not knowing who to contact. All was for naught. Kudos to this practice. I can’t say enough good things about them. Then reaching out to me after leaving the office to make sure I was okay. Thank you so much for your expertise and compassion.

My experience at Implant and General Dentistry was mixed. The hygienist was great . She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was able to answer all my questions. My visit changed when I was checking out. All the office personnel are grouped together and there is absolutely no privacy. When I discussed an upcoming procedure with a person who was in charge of payment, the other 4 staff present stopped and listen to the conversation. I was very uncomfortable discussing my financial situation in front of them. Other patients could hear what I was saying.

So thankful I was able to find this great bunch of people! From the receptionist to the dental assistant, all caring people. Ryan is an awesome dentist and has a great personality. I would have no hesitation to recommend this team to anyone. Again, thanks.
