I’ve went to this clinic multiple times, some of the dentist seemed completely new in what they were doing, most of the visits were alright besides different opinions on treatment plans for certain teeth. The only dentist I advise seeing would be Ms. Jolanta Kopec as she displayed experience and professionalism in what she was doing.

I’ve decided to stop seeing this clinic as on one occasion I’ve had a canal treatment of my tooth with a different dentist, when trying to put on a dental dam on my tooth her hand was unstable or didn’t have the right tool for the job and she kept trying to use a lot of force in order to do that, on her second to last attempt the dental dam clamp (Forceps with a spring) slipt from her hand releasing the spring tension and nearly shattering my tooth. (Luckily I was already under local anesthesia)
After about almost an hour of drilling and doing the proper treatment for the root canal which was painful regardles of the local anesthesia I had to get an xray to see the progress of her work, she didn’t do it properly so we headed back and repeated the process of canal treatment (still painful) and she closed my tooth up with filling to get another X-ray and to realize that she had to drill it once more and do some final touches on it, (more canal treatment) but this time she explained to me that during our first canal treatment her canal treatment needle broke and a tip of it was stuck in the root of my tooth which explains while I was in pain during the treatment. After all of this I finally had the butchers work completed.

At the end I was told I’d have to visit them again in case the piece of tool in my tooth would start causing issues as I might lose it if not treated, they would not cover this treatment even though it was caused by the dentist actions. The tooth now is very dispropotional to the same one on the opposite side + there is a noticable crack between my real tooth and the filling which was not placed properly.

Although having 1 great dentist I’d love to have till the rest of my life the whole clinic receives a bad review from me as having an untrained dentist and lack of any apology from their side is in my opinion unnacceptable.

Ms. Jolanta Kopec we should have more dentists like you.

Update 2023 – I have got a very upsetting experience attended by Dr. Sylwii Wolak. She made a bad injection in my gum, and the tissue got dead in that place followed by the pain. The worst is that I was pointing to the unusual pain during the injection, and for the problem 2 days later, but she was not able to admit her mistake and another doctor had to clean up for her. She looks sweet and professional but I DO NOT recommend Dr. Sylwii Wolak.

I think it is one of the best, or even the best dental clinic in Krakow. I have made quite a search before to choose this one. But they give no chance not to choose, as despite all others they always have a very short appointment, always having a slot for you, receptionist is smiling and welcoming, but they have a standard and all follow it, in terms of reminders of appointment, setting up them, invitation to the hall. They treat you as a customer, which I like. I have chosen them as they offer all-in-one services. Dr Ewelina Czernilewska has developed a great treatment plan and presented it to me and my husband in English. She and Dr. Agata Heflich – Sala were doing my treatment, very precise. I do recommend them very much.
They don’t have in-house Invisalign, but they cooperate with one doctor, and due to Znany doktor website she is one of the best in Krakow – Agata Pardus. For me my dental health is crucial, and I have had a lot to do, and still couple of years to go. It is worth to invest to avoid problems in 10-20 years. The environment of the clinic is very nice, relaxing, you feel treated well. Not like they offer you coffee or tea, at least nice waiting room with music. I would still recommend developing a loyalty program for customers with some points and discounts!

Big thanks to Dr. Magdalena and her team for rendering a high quality of service and making me smile confidently again. She’s very kind and highly professional. I appreciate that she always informed me what she was going to do under the procedure to prepare myself for it. Aside from preparing me to how I would feel, she also asked and made sure that i’m ok under the procedure. She is easy to talk with and very respectful to clients. She always involved me in decision-making as to how my final teeth will look like. Even though, I don’t have a good sample of how my front teeth will look like, she made a sample for me that looks really nice and looks exactly like a normal (original) teeth. Very impressive! After every appointment she’s very good in giving detailed information on how I should care for my teeth and what products I need to use. I highly recommend Implantis dental clinic for their quality of service. They have advanced facilities, very skilled and professional employees and the office is very neat and clean. I would also like to extend my thanks to Dr. Bobek for Initial consultation and detailed treatment plan.
