Incredible service, I personally have had bad experiences with dentists not taking my pain seriously, and not treating me in the best way. No issue here though, all of the staff are helpful and happy to listen to any concerns or questions you may have about whats going on, they have consistently been the least painful dental apps I’ve had.
Sad I won’t be living in Illinois after this summer as I would love to have these people be my main dental. Lastly shout out to my BFF Kelly for being a great receptionist and helpful throughout the multitude of apps I’ve had with innovative dentistry.
I have been a patient at Innovative Dentistry for at least 20 years. The staff here is awesome! I absolutely love Kelly the Receptionist! She is very friendly and helpful. She always greets me with a big smile and even during these mask wearing times, I can still hear the smile in her voice. Dr. Jim & Dr. Carolyn are awesome at what they do. When my boys got older I didn’t hesitate to switch them over from their Pediatric Dentist! I highly recommend Innovative Dentistry if you are looking for a dentist!
Dr. Carolyn and James Larsen are by far the best dentists in the Quad cities. Their kind gentle and proactive approach to dentistry ensures my oral health for a lifetime. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs. From children to seniors. They are phenomenal. Terry Reiter.
