The service is actually fine and friendly. But their billing is TERRIBLE. My wife and I both went there, and we independently decided to stop going. We received numerous bills in the mail for work that we either didn’t receive, or the bill was unintelligible as to what we were being charged for. I had to call multiple times over multiple years to pay the bill, but oftentimes they said there was actually no balance and once we even had a credit. I don’t know how that is possible, but at one point they admitted their system just sends out mailings even if they aren’t correct and that I could ignore them. The final straw was when they called me and said I owed $63, and I was like, for what? I always pay in full after the appointment. Turns out I received a panoramic x-ray that insurance didn’t cover (news to me). So I paid it, fine. Turns out it was from 2 years ago! My FSA asked for documentation. I asked their billing department for a receipt, and they could not do it! Despite whatever response they may leave here in their defense, I can tell you, if you do not want to be in billing hell, go somewhere else.

Innovative Dentistry is my mother’s dental provider. She’s going on 98 now & I have been taking her there for many years now. They are always very good with her & she has needed a variety of different dental services & treatments. They’re always patient & gentle with her. And they work with her insurance, they are a preferred dental provider with her Delta Dental plan. Finally I would like to mention that everyone there is very nice & friendly.

The dental hygienist was rude and make me uncomfortable. They performed unnecessary fillings on the right side of my mouth. Six fillings that I did not need. They wanted me to come in and do six fillings on the left and I’m glad I never went back. I went to another dentist and they said I was fine. However, two years later, one of the feelings was improperly done and now I need a crown. Avoid this place at all cost!
