I wish i had read all the reviews before booking here! Unfortunately most of what other people had mentioned were true.
I had an appointment for cleaning and was called to come in an hour earlier, I had rearranged my plans to go in earlier and had to wait for 30 mins for them to see me.
The owner/hygienist was loud and very unprofessional blaming the situation on her assistant when clearly she was attending another patient.
The cleaning service was decent, but a bit too harsh for my liking. After 24 hrs my gums are still supper sensitive to the point that im not able to brush my teeth.
Without even asking if Im interested she wanted to book me another appointment for a full jaw scan to sell me some invisalign which I had to tell her I dont need an appointment and im not interested. I guess that was her way of winning the business. Very pushy and sales oriented.
My cleaning appointment was interrupted 7 times (yes I counted) by other staff members with questions about other patients.
She was correcting her assistant not to use the word fluoride and to say they are using antibacterial to prevent bad bacteria and bad breath, all because I said I dont want chemicals in my mouth. I sensed dishonesty and malpractice.
I don’t recommend them unless you wanna come home with some invisaligns and extra tooth brush and toothpaste.

Her friendly demeanour and genuine concern for her patients make dental hygiene appointments something to look forward to.

Together, Dr. Carlyle Louis and Abby form a dynamic duo that goes above and beyond in delivering top-notch dental care. Inova Dental is fortunate to have such a skilled and compassionate team, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in search of a dental experience that exceeds expectations.

I loved this place the first time I went!

The second visit wasn’t great, partly due to my health and a staff member’s communication issue, which was quickly resolved by Abby. I wasn’t in peak form and lacked patience.

I returned because I understand things happen and people deserve a chance to make things right. I already liked the team and value customer loyalty.

My third visit was great, like the first. My fourth visit was also good, though the procedure’s outcome wasn’t ideal due to biology, not the clinic. Dr. Louis and his assistant were wonderful, patient, professional, and still friendly/fun – don’t ever lose that!

If I had to give something that could use attention it is that some young desk staff could be more mindful of the importance of their role as the clinic’s first impression. Their demeanor affects guests’ comfort and confidence, impacting the entire clinic. With 35 years in customer service, I promise this matters and will make them more valuable team members. Think of somewhere you went where you were aware of how “extra” the front end service was, and think about why. Adopt some of the habits that struck you as most meaningful or effective.
