The team at Islington/Bloor dental is exceptional. Their professionalism and bedside manner while explaining procedures and doing the work was really impressive. A lot of attention went into my exam and Dr. Rodriguez took the time to carefully answer my questions and concerns. His work was done with confidence and experience. Jen and Michelle at the front desk are friendly, funny, efficient and welcoming. The whole experience was honest and very pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic and will be returning.
Excellent service,I would give this place more stars if I could; I felt my care was handled incredibly well.The staff is very welcoming Lili took great care of me plus she made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning to ensure it was painless. Overall, great experience! and I would definitely come again, they also follow up by making phone calls and sending emails as reminders.
Lily is an amazing Hygienist who was able to provide me with a lot of information in a way that I can understand. She did a great job with the cleaning & was able to catch something that other Hygienists in my past have missed. She also has a great personality! Would 100% recommend. Everyone in this office is extremely nice and welcoming.
