Earlier this year, I had a root canal procedure performed at a well-known medical centre in RAK. A few weeks ago I started having issues with that tooth and went back to the original clinic where I was told that I would need to have the tooth removed and would need some complex procedures that would cost an additional 4000-5000aed on top of what I already had paid for the root canal.
I went to ISmile at the recommendation of some colleagues for a second opinion and could not have had a better experience. They took an x-ray of my tooth and found out that the original medical centre did not properly perform the root canal. Not only this, but the other procedures they were recommending were not necessary.
For less than the price of the original root canal from the other medical centre, Dr. Suzan was able to fully redo the procedure and fit a crown onto my tooth. She also performed some other dental work I needed to have done over the course of a few weeks.
ISmile was very easy to work with in terms of booking appointments, and Dr. Suzan was amazing. She was able to perform a very complicated redo of an RTC and explained everything to me step-by-step. She always went above and beyond to make sure that I was very comfortable.
I will be going back there for all follow-up dental check ups and appointments and will be recommending them to all friends and colleagues moving forward. Thank you so much ISmile and Dr. Suzan!
