As a private patient I paid this Practice PS1200.00 for a partial PEEK Denture. Within 4 months the teeth started to part from the plate despite being assured that this could not happen. When I tried to make an appointment to determine what could be done, as the original Dentist wasn’t available no other Dentist would deal with it. When I did see the Dentist concerned, he first of all tried to insinuate that somehow this was my fault? He then offered to have the Denture repaired as the solution. I felt that having paid all this money I wanted a new Denture rather than have a potential ongoing problem with a faulty Denture. Eventually and quite reluctantly in my opinion he agreed. I am totally disappointed with PEEK Dentures and again in my opinion the poor level of customer care I have received from this practice to-date.

The service and treatment at the practice are always excellent. I have been attending the practice for years and have always had excellent service as a NHS patient. I usually get seen by Stuart who is an excellent dentist but other dentists have been equally efficient. I attended recently and the practice is gradually getting back to normal whilst dealing with post pandemic challenges of recruitment. I would recommend this practice.

My routine dental check up, carried out in a professional manner by Stuart in his usual reassuring, knowledgeable way.. my check up was thorough and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Good advice given on tooth and gum care and dental nurse care also satisfactory with an appointment made for my next appointment for dental check in 6 months time an exceptional dental practice.
