What an awesome doctor and an amazing team. From start to post finish my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I was referred to Dr. Jacobsen for a complex root canal. During consultation Dr. Jacobsen went over every little detail, answered my myriad questions, no pressure to make a decision or to sway me. I opted for the root canal, got a quick appointment and from start to finish I was in the care of a gentle, polite, skilled and adept, professional (and his assistant). The procedure was comfortable and pain free. There was no pain once the freezing abated or that night, either! I ate my normal meal. I have had many root canals done but none as comfortable and painless as this one!
I did say my experience was also 5 star post procedure – I just got off the phone with Dr. Jacobsen who called me personally the next day to inquire how I was and to ensure all was well.

Non emergency referral, was in the office in less than a week. Receptionist prepared me with all of the information and forms I required for my consult right down to parking details.

I was an emergency patient to have a root canal done. Dr. Jacobson was able to fit me in the day I called. I was greeted warmly at reception. Dr. Jacobson and his staff were totally amazing. They explained the entire procedure to me and reassured me throughout. My inability to respond quickly to freezing resulted in Dr. Jacobson taking extra time to ensure when the procedure was being done that I would feel no pain. Dr. Jacobson followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson and his entire team. They were fantastic.
