My experience with Doctor Kenneth Ho has been above and beyond.

Doctor Ho is very personable and kind, and also very polite. There have been instances where unfortunately there has been some wait, which is expected at every dentist’s office, and Doctor Ho is always very polite and apologetic, and sometimes even apologizes several times for the wait.

Beyond that, Doctor Ho is also a great dentist and will always make sure to see if his patient is comfortable and that any or all questions or answered, even making sure to follow up after the visit. If we have any questions about any tooth, he’ll always make sure to check if it’s okay and make sure he can resolve any discomfort we have.

Currently, we are trying to get dentures made, but we have made a crown with Doctor Kenneth Ho so far. Doctor Ho always tries to make the process of getting the denture/crown process shorter, even rushing to send the delivery of the mold to the lab so it will get back faster. After gluing the crown back, Doctor Ho was very patient in making sure the color was right, the crown was comfortable, and that it was nice and secure (even taking multiple x-rays to confirm and check). The nurses are also very kind throughout the process, both the receptionist and the nurse that helped translate as needed and even gave assurances.

Overall definitely would recommend coming here, and even more so for Doctor Kenneth Ho, really a great experience.

My appointment with my regular dentist got cancelled on the day, and I had to look for alternatives as I was going out of state in a few days time. After scouring tens of different dentistries I came across Jane Yang Dental where I was lucky enough to fill in a cancelled appointment the next day. I’d never been to this office before, and so I didn’t know what to expect. However, as soon as I walked in I had a very warm welcome by Dr Ho (I thought the man was a receptionist at first). I had a positive experience throughout my visit. Not to mention the fast and coordinated service all of the workers provided, from filling out the form and x-rays to the actual procedure. I feel very lucky to have found my new regular dentist!

Dr. Ho is amazing! Super efficient, smart and gentle and kind at the same time. He helped me get my large and horizontally oriented wisdom teeth out in less than an hour and sent me home with meds as well. He’s good at keeping in touch with his patients and is great with patient education as well
