Booked the clinic a day prior and the clinic confirmed for 930 AM schedule.
Arrived around 9:15 but the Doctor is still out. Understandable as it is still early but I’ve waited till 10:10 and the Doctor is still not around.
No apology received from the staff as i say goodbye since I don’t want to wait for another minute.
Please respect everyone’s time. It’s the least you do as a business.

Nice and convenient location. I went here earlier to have my tooth extraction, but the male receptionist rejected me and said there’s no available slots. I can understand this, but he offered me no alternative slots. I even asked for tomorrow (i.e. Sunday), but he just swayed me away. I hope this gets addressed.
