Reviews:
I adore my amazing dentist and his exceptional staff! If you are scared of the dentist, he is seriously the one to see!!! For nervous dental patients, it’s not just about the person with the DDS, it’s about how everyone in there makes you feel.

I came from another dentist in the area that completely messed up multiple crowns (Like, after-having-it-for-only-two-years-I-had-a-cavity-under-one bad) and they over charged me by a lot. Given that I had already had some dental trauma even before that, I was scared, jaded, angry, and pretty much resigned to thinking I was never gonna find a dentist in the area that does their job with passion and care but thankfully, I decided to give just one more dentist a shot before taking trips to AZ for my teeth. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Dr. K and his staff have been an absolute godsend! Not only did he fix my crowns at a much more reasonable rate, but they look sooooooo good. I love them! I was so scared my teeth would never look the same, but he brought them right back to their original shape and color without even seeing the original tooth! Plus they actually feel normal, and the bad ones never did! I’m just so grateful I found him. He’s really out here giving the best dental care in the area for the most reasonable prices. (Note to those who are under/not insured: def put him on the list of dentists to call for costs on out-of-pocket work)

I genuinely love every single person in the office. It’s a small family business with a kind and welcoming staff. I brought my fiance into their practice too. Even though he has basically perfect teeth, he loves everyone there too and genuinely enjoys going in for cleanings.

Mary at the front immediately makes you feel welcomed and seriously knows her stuff when it comes to managing both insurance and time. Just trust her to figure it out and if she needs you to do something, just listen to her. I worked in insurance, I’m telling you; she’s right.
April, Lisa, and Sandra put your comfort while in the chair above the moon, I’ve never in my life felt so prioritized at the dentist comfort wise. Special call out to April for making me feel like an old friend from day one, I was there for hours just feeling like I was her favorite child and it was so nice! But honestly I think all of these women could have been amazing therapists and teachers. While dental work is almost never something you can describe as a “super fun party time”, I do NOT even a little bit dread coming in for anything; I actually look forward to see their smiling faces! (Expect for when my hearing isn’t working, so sorry Lisa. I was in a negative mood that day, but not at all unhappy to see you, I promise!)
And of course Dr. Kindseth; he is not just excellent at dentistry, he’s truly passionate about it and mindful of keeping up with education to maintain his excellence in the field. He’s a true practitioner. He’s extremely thoughtful when it comes to your individual care and his communication skills are nothing short of extraordinary. He is very thorough and explains to you exactly why you need whatever done and how he’s gonna do it. Also, I ask a lot of questions, partly to control anxiety, but mostly because I’m super curious. And I can tell he is excited to answer the questions and just loves what he does and talking about it. You know you’ve found the right one when they can talk to you about tooth scanning for an hour and you can’t get bored!
Lastly, Ryan (I believe that’s his name) is a new to the office but he was very helpful from the moment I met him the other day. He helped me figured out scheduling when I was being my normal ADHD self . It seems pretty impossible that anyone here could be just mediocre at their job.

All in all, I cannot recommend them enough.

Side bar: I think Linda down there in the reviews was having a bad day, didn’t understand her coverage, or a simple mistake was made (they are human there after all). Mary is truly amazing at figuring that stuff out. I worked in and with health insurance for years, I know what I’m talking about.

Dr. Jeff Kindseth is a dentist who cares more about his patient than money! I had gone to my new dentist which I had found through my new dental insurance because of two chipped front teeth. That dentist said the only solution would be FOUR veneers costing a couple thousands dollars each. There were no other solutions available based on that dentist.
Next I called the dentist I had with my previous insurance to get a second opinion and she wanted to charge me $75 just for a consultation!
At the end up my ropes I Googled Dana Point dentists and found Dr. Kindseth. Not only did he provide me with a FREE consultation even though he didn’t take my insurance, he told me a much less costly procedure, bonding, would work just fine and there would no possible reason why veneers on all front teeth would be needed.
The procedure was extremely short and I cried with joy at having my smile back! I have now moved and my new dentist said she couldn’t even tell that I had it done at first because it was done SO well. He is an amazing dentist that truly cares about his patients and works with them to achieve their desired result and be able to financial afford it. God bless him!
My first time at the dentist in years, I needed 4 fillings. From the moment I stepped into doctor Kindseth’s office I felt welcomed. Mary at reception was very friendly and accommodating. The hygienist, Lisa, is so kind and was very gentle with my teeth as I have sensitive gums. It was one of the most comfortable cleanings I’ve had! No uncomfortable sharp jabs whatsoever. I’ve had my fair share of heavy handed dentists, and usually expect discomfort when being drilled but I felt absolutely ZERO pain while having my cavities filled. Granted, I was numbed up pretty good but not even the shots hurt. Dr Kindseth and April were a great team and got me in and out in no time. They have a customer for life in me. Highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a comfortable experience. They’re awesome!
