I was numbed up with 4 shots, left for 25 minutes to sit alone in the room, has to get up and spit because i was sitting there so long my mouth was full. Meanwhile could hear them with the next patient over. Then he finally comes back in, mind you I am already very numb and he without question shoots 2 more shots into my cheek. They worked on me for 2 hours, with a dental assistant who clearly didn’t know how to correctly suction. She kept putting the water tube in the middle of my throat and just standing there with it there to the point i choked multiple times. I left and my face was numb for 8 hours. I have giant hematoma all over my cheek. My face is still very swollen after 3 days and my tooth is chipped and digging into my cheek 24/7. This is all after I previously communicated that my mouth is very sensitive and I would need the Solea laser treatment to make it less invasive. He refused to use it and continued doing this to me. -12/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I had a great experience. I can’t remember the last time I had a conversation with my dentist at the beginning of the cleaning, let alone one who did my cleaning. He was very professional and addressed my concerns then gave me solutions. I have to say it was the best cleaning I’ve had, ever. The dentist when polishing actually put some elbow grease in it, and it showed me what I’ve been missing with past technicians. The hygienist would rub the polish over my teeth with no effort, then spray them off. I would get done and say to myself, hmm, really can’t tell the difference. Then the dentist would come in poke my teeth, and say all is good. This visit was nothing like what I’ve had before in the many states I’ve lived in. Kudos to you. Thank you, HR.
This is Barbara daughter. My mom knows nothing of the internet so she asked if I could reply for her. She had a very satisfying visit the only thing she mentioned was that you did not give her a follow up appointment. She likes to get her teeth cleaned every six months and likes the following appointment when she leaves the office and how much will the charge be for the appointment because she is self pay.
