Went there for the first time today for a cleaning. I was super nervous about switching my dentist who I’ve been with for over ten years but there was no need because this place took great care of me. The place was nice and clean. My hygienist Natalia was super nice and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone at the office was kind. Overall great experience, glad I made the switch here.
Incredible service!! My youngest son struggles with anxiety and the patience and dedication that Dr Pichardo gave him was stellar! He was a lot calmer than he has ever been at a dr’s office! I can’t sing her praises enough just for this alone! After taking care of him, she did such a good job on me I almost felt sad that I didn’t have to come back for another 6 months lol
Today was my first time at this dentist office, I called last week to confirm they took my insurance and the lady who I spoke with called me and few times and was very helpful. The hygienist was very nice and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Pichardo was very nice too! I will definitely keep them as my dentist as long as they take my insurance.
