Jewell Family Dental is exactly what they say they are. My family started visiting Jewell Dental over 15 years ago. Due to changing health insurance, and after a couple years away, we have returned to the only Dentist that I truly feel cares for their patients well being from my personal experience. Their staff is caring and very professional, and gentle. I truly am Blessed to have them as my Dentist. Thank you Dr’s. Jewell.
They are very sweet people. But my wait the last 2 times have been an hour just for my children to get to the back. There coming after school and daycare so they’re hungry and tired. If I was informed my appointment would start an hour or 30 minutes late. I could stop and grab food first or just come then. Apt was 3:30 daughter got seen at 4:30 and son at 4:58. Last time I just rescheduled.
My first time coming to Jewell’s Dental, everyone was very friendly and nice. The lady on the phone when I made my appointment was very helpful and answered all my questions I didn’t feel rush. The team is great there communication with each other and the patients is fantastic.
