This is my first-time visiting Dr. Lai for a tooth extraction and the whole process was very safe and smooth. I am very sensitive to pain and therefore am afraid of any dental procedures. However, Dr. Lai is extremely patient and made sure I did not feel any discomfort or pain. In addition, the staff is also really nice, attentive and professional. I would be visiting Dr. Lai for my future dental problems and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a safe and pain-free dental experience!
