I would like to thank, very much indeed, Dr Misha Parbhu and her team for seeing me at very short notice on Monday.
I am presently staying withy daughter in Wellington, I am from UK. Unfortunately my crown became detached and I needed a temporary repair to last me until I return next month.
Dr Parbhu kindly fitted me in at short notice and fortunately was able to give me the treatment I needed immediately. She explained the problem and solution clearly to me.
Very efficiently and with great care and kindness she carried out the treatment.
I am very grateful to her for her expertise and great skill.
The dental nurse and receptionist were also very helpful and extremely pleasant.

My family used to go there for tooth fix and regular check for a few years, until my partner and I both had failed root canal therapy. By the time we realised that the dentist had already left and Lumino was just playing ball back and forth without taking any responsibility.
What makes it even worse is that the alternative dentist they provided gave me a terrible diagnostic/solution: nothing but removing the tooth…
I was lucky I didn’t listen to their bs any more and got proper treatment from a specialist in town. Hope anyone will not suffer and waste their time and money there.

Be very careful and confirm the cost of treatment before booking. My partner asked for a yearly check up and was charged $370 for an appointment that lasted less than 25 minutes. He was told the cost was so high because it included a cleaning as well, but I struggle to understand how he could have been given a $220 cleaning and a $150 exam in such a small space of time. I think this behavior is predatory and we will not be going back.
