As always, Dr. Johnston’s staff was unbeatable. This was my 3 year old son’s first visit to the dentist and I was a little nervous about how it was going to play out. As any mother of a toddler knows, kids can be unpredictable. I had my appointment as well so I wasn’t going to be able to sit with him the whole time and he was going to have to wait for me…yep a 3 year old waiting in a dentist office. The dental assistant let him explore every tool and even let him squirt water…sorry about the window:) She explained the process completely and made him laugh. It was fantastic. He told me she has a motorcycle tool that is so awesome. When he was finished Dr. Johnston came in and as always was warm and welcoming. When my son was done, he came to see what mommy was doing. Dr. Johnston was just finishing my exam when Amy let him sit on her lap and watch mommy. She treated him just like family and for that I am grateful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my family. I truly feel fortunate to have such an amazing team of professionals…and baby sitters…as our dentist!!!

What an incredible experience this was today!
I have been through 50 years of various dental offices. My wife was a dental office manager for a great dentist and then he retired. We had been slowly looking for the right new dental office because you don’t trust your teeth with just anybody.
Today I experienced my first cleaning appointment. Tammy was the hygienist and has been with Dr. Johnston for 19 years! This instantly told a story! Tammy was simply amazing! The entire experience from setting the appointment, the friendly text reminders to walking out the door was a pleasant experience! I am actually excited for my next cleaning!
Dr. Johnston and his staff are incredible! Way to deliver!!!

I love warm and family like atmosphere at Dr. Johnston’s office. My whole family has been going there for years and despite the fact that we moved a while ago to a different location we still go to Dr. Johnston’s office for dental care. He is one of a kind.
We feel well taken care of. Dr. Johnston and his staff make us feel very comfortable. Their reassuring, positive, kind attitude make us feel safe, relaxed, cared for, it feels like being at a spa:-)
