Terrible customer service. The person that answers the phone doesn’t know any answers to your questions nor how to perform her job. They had to take my phone# to call me back took 2 days. Next time I called to have records transferred and couldn’t help me. Then told me she needed to email a release form and took my email. I asked to have a return call with no return call nor form emailed. Called 2 days later to then give my email again and ask that I get a return call when form is emailed since it’s now Friday and my appt is Tues. We shall see if I get the form now on a 2nd attempt.

The staff is nice and personable. I love my hygienist Michelle – I have known her for many years. Dr. Jolly is very personable and accommodating as well. I had a broken tooth and they fit me in immediately. The break was so unusual that every doctor came to view it. One attempted to remove it but it was difficult. I then spent a while in the office as they called everywhere to find a specialist that would see me as soon as possible. I do not always have issues but when I do Jolly Smiles has been very helpful.

Good experience, today I had to get a filling done which I have never had this procedure done before, so of course I was nervous. Dr. Jolly and her daughter Nena and team were aware of my nervousness and made me feel comfortable and reassured me that I was doing great throughout the procedure. I would recommend going to Jolly Smiles.
