This is a hard review to write. My family were patients of this practice for almost 15 years. Dr. Nickelsen is the most patient, kind dentist that you could find out there! Truly! He has a heart of gold. He would go over and above for just about anyone. I saw it over the many years of seeing him.

We have made the decision to leave the practice as he has made a horrible decision in his front office person who is driving people away from his practice. She is rude, nasty, does not know how to bill properly, causing me time and effort to take care of it for myself. She has made multiple inappropriate comments to my daughters, and also to myself. I have also had a meeting with the Dr. about it, and it did not get better trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but it did not.

It is up to you, if you can get past the front lady or hope she is off, go for it. But, in my opinion, there are other practices out there that you don’t have to deal with that, I found one. They are out there.

I have worked in the dental field with the same dentist for over 30 years who also did my dentistry. After he retired and I left, I had to find a new dentist. I chose Dr. Nickelsen because I knew of him through the industry and I trusted his work. He and his staff have proved that changing dentists can be a good thing. They are friendly and professional. Dr. Nickelsen did a great job on my needed dental treatment. I would highly recommend him and his team for your dental care.

I am scared to death of dentist and usually have to take medication to get in the door. Not here,there is just this calmness. Doc is the sweetest so concerned if you are comfortable. They are not over the top and fake acting. Thank you all for taking great care of the scaredy cat. Oh and so excited to get my new partial without having to mortgage my home. Prices are fair
