Extreme professionalism and made sure comfort was a top priority. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I could tell I was in good hands. Cynthia greeted me with politeness and got me to my appointment immediately. No wait and very punctual. Michelle gave me a cleaning and my teeth have never felt better. Throughout the cleaning she made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Costa came by just to check in and ask how I was doing. How many dentists do that?? And last but certainly not least there’s the dental assistant Marcie. She was just absolutely incredible! I mean she just lit up the room when she walked in. For a second I forgot I was at the dentist office and thought I was amongst friends. All in all I’d have to say my visit was beyond expectation. I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years but I will never go to another. Thank you Russell St Dental

My family has used Dr. Costa off and on for nearly 15 years (depending on where the office is located). We just went to see him in Worcester for a second opinion and it was great experience. The front staff is fun and knowledgeable and they knew who I was as I enter the door. The treatment rooms are bright and spacious. As my son said, “they look brand new.” Dr. Costa was his usual pleasant self. He has always been sincere but not pushy. He has never been the sort to push procedures. His evaluation of my sons mouth was thoughtful. I want to note that I am not happy because he gave me the result I wanted but he gave a result that was demonstratively correct. He found a defect in my son’s mouth and could prove it. There was no mystery. If you live in the Worcester area, you should be going to Dr. Costa

Over the past week, I wasn’t sure if I had broken a molar & if an infection was already starting, After previously speaking with Dr. Costa’s office & communicating my concern, both Patty & Marcy, from their office, contacted me about a cancellation & an available time slot. Once at the dental office, Dr. Costa & staff quickly determined that I had lost a filling & determined that there was no infection.
I want to thank Dr. Costa and his entire staff for their outstanding work and would wholeheartedly recommend their office to anyone seeking excellent dental care.
