I’ve been going here for years. Everything was fine until suddenly my dentist was switched to someone I never met nor was I told about. The dentist and his team push me having a procedure that I have explained to them multiple times I cannot afford. The hygienist tried booking me for the procedure and when I said no, she proceeded to say, “don’t you have insurance? Credit card? Borrow from family?” They booked me into have an exam a week after my wisdom tooth extraction. I thought it was a checkup, no. They tried forcing me to open my mouth to take updated xrays. My jaw wouldn’t even open fully and they brushed it aside like nothing when I was having a panic attack and refused to let them continue. My last check up, the dentist again pushed for the procedure I cannot afford. I had to get a minor filling done and I have dental anxiety, they know this. I had requested laughing gas to which I was told “the dentist said you did fine last time so you don’t need it.” I attempted to say I did need and they said “no just try it.” I left the office in a panic attack and since then, my tooth which had not been bothering me is now causing me frequent pain. I’m switching dentists. The lack of empathy is unbelievable.

A friend recommended this holistic dental practice to me after I expressed an interest in removing my mercury fillings. This is an excellent practice. Every staff member is stellar. My initial visit was a consult that included a thorough dental exam with saliva testing (to measure the pH levels) and panoramic X-rays. Morgan explained every aspect of the exam in full detail and was super friendly and gentle. I also met with Dr. Lee who was very good at explaining the amalgam removal process as well as the health benefits of it. He is super nice! I had a hygiene appointment a few weeks later with Morgan. It was a wonderful experience and very thorough that included cleaning, polishing, irrigation and an application of a special protective solution. I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but everyone in this practice (Karla, Georgia, Morgan and the dentists) make it so very pleasant. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding care and treatment. I can’t wait to return next week for my amalgam removal.

Her thoroughness and attention to detail were evident, making the cleaning experience one of the best I’ve had. Dr. Peter concluded the visit with an in-depth analysis of my dental health. He offered personalized recommendations with clarity and expertise, addressing the concerns that had accumulated over the five-year gap since my last dental visit. The collaborative care provided by Carla, Morgan, and Dr. Peter not only met but exceeded my expectations, leaving me with a renewed commitment to not let another five years pass before my next dental check-up.
