I was dropped from the practice. It’s impossible to make appointments by phone as they do not answer and do not respond to messages on the answer phone. It is deliberate and the answer message is deceiving as they have no intention of contacting you back. I clearly left my phone number numerous times. Since losing a large filling during covid I have tried countless times to get in contact by phone to make an appointment and left multiple messages to no avail. Today I decided to attend in person and took time from work to do so. I was advised that I had been ‘removed’ due to length of time since last needing treatment. Firstly, you can’t even make an appointment and even more so during the pandemic and secondly, coming less often puts less strain on the NHS that we are told can’t keep up. I was told “I don’t know what to suggest” and sent on my way. If you are an existing patient here then make sure you call in, in person, regularly. Don’t make the same ‘mistake’ I made. It’s a shame to leave a bad review because the service I did have here was excellent.

We have been with the same dentist for a long time but he moved far away, I have been to few dental practices for the last two years including two private ones, a friend told me about Junction Dental Practice in Ealing W5, I registered and was offered an appointment, this NHS practice has all the equipments needed, most of all Dr. Richard G. Renton is the dentist anybody would like to go to, with his experience and knowledge he made my visit as comfortable as possible I even heard some kids saying how funny the doctor was after their treatment! The lady at the reception is so sweet and kind to everyone and very patient (I was on crutches during my visit). I highly recommend Dr. Renton’s practice.

Dr. Renton is an exceptional dentist who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Renton’s expertise and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of his work. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and address any concerns, putting me at ease during my appointments. Not only is he highly skilled, but his compassionate approach makes each visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Renton to anyone in need of dental care.
