I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Baxter’s office for dental care, and it was an experience worth praising. After facing numerous rejections and postponements from other dental offices, I was relieved to find a team that welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Baxter and their nurses exemplified professionalism and radiated a genuine friendliness that immediately put me at ease.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like a valued patient. The staff’s efficiency in handling my case promptly was a testament to their dedication to patient care. Dr. Baxter’s expertise and precision in their work were evident, providing me with confidence in the treatment process.

Aloha, I am an ICU RN and I have a Certificate of Achievement in Dental Assisting. My dad started having a tooth ache and went to his regular dentist. His tooth needed to be extracted and he had a large abscess underneath it. They gave him an appointment to extract it for 2-1/2 weeks later… Meanwhile he was miserable, he had swelling, and lethargy but couldn’t sleep because of the throbbing pain. I was starting to get worried, because people can have life threatening problems due to an abscessed tooth. I tried desperately to get them to move up his appointment or refer him elsewhere to no avail. I called Dr. Baxter’s office, and they got him in “that day” and were so nice about it. My dad said, “he is the nicest dentist I have ever met”, and “he made me feel so good about the whole thing despite how bad I was feeling”. They are truly a wonderful dental office to go to. All the staff is so nice, and Dr. Baxter is a fantastic dentist who does excellent quality work. We are very lucky to have him here on Maui and I would never go anywhere else to have dental work done. As a side note he has also done work for me and my father that other dentists said couldn’t be done, and he performed it very well. I can’t recommend Dr. Baxter’s office enough, just great people!!!

Talk about miracle workers. I called these guys today for an appointment and they got me in a couple hours later. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out I was treated with aloha. All of the staff I interacted with was exceptional. Now my teeth were jacked up but dr. Lena was my hero today. She pulled 2 of my canines and and took care of 5 cavities all in one go. And these were no little cavities, I’m talking about reshaping a couple teeth. She And her assistant were the coolest. She broke everything down and came up with a plan to get me feeling more confident with my smile. I give these guys 10 stars out of 5. Highly recommend if you want quality work done.
