At 4.9/5 stars, Khalil and Kress doesn’t need my help with yet another stellar review to showcase what a great dentistry it is, but I really feel compelled to write this.

After going here for about 10 years, I can honestly say that EVERY person on this team has been very nice, engaging and communicative. I have yet to ever have a bad experience, leading up to today.

I had both a cleaning and a filling repair today. The cleaning was done very thoroughly but gently and the hygienist was very nice. I had Andrew help me for the first time today with the filling repair. Usually after a filling, you kinda feel it and have to get used to it for a few days. I’ve unfortunately had a few… I felt NOTHING when it happened and the filling repair was fast and seamless. Only a few hours later, the novacane fully wore off and it felt like nothing happened at all- Just a flawless job from front to back.

I live in Manchester and work in Portsmouth. I am nowhere near interested in changing dentists and I choose to make a special trip down to Nashua to keep going here. They just do excellent work and it’s as good of an experience as you could ask for, every time.

We love Kalil & Kress. I’d rather have a pap smear than go to the dentist, but everyone at Kalil & Kress go above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. All my kids (3, 5 and 7) get excited to go and treat it like a spa day. From the receptionists to the hygienists and the dentists – everyone is friendly and professional. And wow the place is clean and not at all creepy (from someone who has been to some very backwoods dentists). My daughter often tells me we can’t move because she loves our dentist so much. Thank you guys for keeping dental anxiety away from my kids and lessening my pre-existing anxiety.

I actually had a “good time” at my dental appt. yesterday! The staff are all very “genuinely” welcoming.
From Shannon at the front desk check in, Kendra the Dental asst., that was able to keep me calm and distracted while she took the X-rays, Lisa the manager who taught me the salt trick so I wouldn’t gag, Becca, the Hygienist did not hurt me at all, Dr. Kalil who was professional but still warm and funny, to the receptionist at check out (whose name I do not recall ). Even the staff in the hallway smiled when I walked by.
If you’re a baby, like me, this is a great office to come to. You will go back, I am!
