Reviews:
I always enjoy my experience here. It’s clean and well run. I never have to wait for my appointment. We all hate when you have an appointment but then end up in the waiting room for half an hour… that never happens. They always ask you before doing anything that will add to your bill. They give you quotes before going ahead with anything. No one likes a surprise bill. I highly recommend this office if you want an honest and stress free dentist experience.
We’ve been going to Kanata North Dental clinic since my children were young. Dr. Assad (A.K.A. Dr Happy to my now grown children) is almost like a member of the family. He is compassionate, whether we’ve been in his dental chair or as a member of the community.
The staff from dental assistants, dental hygienists and the receptionists are all top quality, and have also known our family and watched my children grow up.
Good dentists. Great hygenists. Excellent atmosphere. The facility is super clean at all times. (I have been going there for perhaps a decade). They submit insurance claims online (good), but you have to pay up front (less convenient), but they take Interac or Visa. They generally don’t do coordinated claims online, so you still have to do the second of the coordinated claims yourself.
