I called the office having incredible tooth pain at the end of the day on a Monday. I had to leave a message, so I thought I wouldn’t hear from them until the next day. Thankfully, they called back that evening a couple hours after they closed and got me in the next day! Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional, but I especially appreciated how Dr. K took time with me to explain my options and make sure I understood everything. Despite being busy and me not having a regular appointment, they didn’t treat me like a number or shame me for putting myself in that predicament. My experience here was unlike any other dentist appointment I have ever had in the best ways possible! So many of the reviews are great, but I just had to put in my own two cents as well. With Dr. K, you can believe the hype!!!

I have been going here for many years. This office has very kind people in the office from the receptionist to Dr. Kay herself. It’s a very quiet and calm environment. Dr. Kay is soft spoken and compassionate. Every person does their best to give proper care to the patient and to make sure they are comfortable. I have always been treated well. The office is easy to get a hold of, and they truly care. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Kay is both professional and courteous. Some may practice dentistry simply as a profession but it’s obviously a call upon her life that she takes seriously. She genuinely cares about her patience and about doing the work well. For as long as I’m within driving distance I will turn to Dr. Knipschild for all my dental needs.
