This place is very weird the dentist comes in doesnt introduce himself then puts me ALL the way back in the chair to far back i should say then just starts working on my teeth mind you there was equipment out not in plastic when i got in the room that I was going to ask him about as far as it being packaged but couldnt because everything happened so fast so he starts cleaning my teeth very fast and aggressively then starts drilling and scrapping at my teeth i literally had to yell to stop him to ask him what exactly he was doing because he didnt explain anything to me he told me i had small cavities that had to be taken care of mind you they never took one xray or asked me about my dental history and after all that drilling scraping and fixing they didnt even give me water or even mouth wash to gargle with or even rinse my mouth this is the weirdest and most unprofessional place i have ever been in and this has to be reported to BBB the dentist literally rushed to do my teeth like it was a hundred people waiting there and it was just me and another patient it was also unsanitary. Not clean at all in fact the place looked like it needed to be wiped down thoroughly. When i called to inform the dentist that my teeth were still hurting he dismissed me and told me to call my insurance company to complain very rude. Black women have to go through enough with our pain being dismissed all the time this was an absolutely a horrible experience please don’t go here

This Is What You See When You Walk In A Room. NEVER IN MY 30 Years Of Life Have I Seen A More Poor Looking Dentisit Office. I’m So Irradiated That I Even Went Here To Begin With.

The dentist was dismissive and barely let me explain why I was there jumped into cleaning even when I said I had sensitivity I went there for a referral n was told I didn’t need it when my insurance called they lied n said that I didn’t get referral because I didn’t complete exam! Despite having x-rays n assessment done stay away!!.
