I am the worst person in the chair. I have very sensitive teeth and absolutely hate going to the dentist. Keep 28 is the best! Kerry is friendly and welcoming. Neal and Francis are fabulous dentists always taking the time to make sure I am super comfortable. I have been going to Keep 28 for over 20 years and even though I live an hour away from the office now , I make the trip to Newmarket because they are so fabulous and I could not imagine going anywhere else!!
Staff are great, friendly and personable, and I mean everyone. They care about your overall health as well as your dental health and have great protocols in place during these Covid times. If you need a procedure that is not fully covered by your insurance plan they will work with you on a payment plan that works for you. I’ve been a patient here for five years now and God willing I will be for another five years or more.
The receptionist (Kerry) and staff are amazing! Unfortunately my experience with the dentist, (Dr Neil) was a nightmare. I found him to be very unprofessional, angry and he was unable to detect a crack in my tooth that lead to me seeing an emergency dentist days after for a root canal. He’s great if you want to chat about conspiracy theories and if you have no issues with your teeth.
