Posting this years after seeing this doctor because of the lasting impact it had on me. Champa Somaratna discarded my concerns, laughed directly in my face on more than one occasion, belittled by worries and was quick to judge and quick to diagnose. Her diagnosis was ultimately incorrect, my gut feel was right and has led to lifetime scarring.

Perhaps it is petty to leave a review now, I contemplated doing it as what’s the point. After some thought I realised it is necessary if it can help others.
I was pleasantly surprised to received a call from Doctor Champa to hear how her receptionist behaved towards me (see below narrative). Dra. was open to improving her staffs customer service skills and I know this is achievable with the help of leaders like Doctor Champa.
” Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and when I followed up, the old lady in the reception rudely told me that I am just a walk-in. And told me to just file a complaint even before I said anything else. I walked out. “
Dr. Champa has been our family doctor for the past four years. She is excellent and took care of all of our medical needs. No matter where we move in the future, we won’t change. At times busier, but I believe Dr. Champa gives each patient a thorough examination. Her service was consistently satisfactory after our all appointments. Never had regretted even it got busier there. Kellyville Medical Center is highly recommended.
