Took off work for an emergency extraction After being told it would be 2 weeks out to schedule an appointment to just do a walk in because there was pain and a filling came out she said come in from 8-10am to get an emergency extraction so sat there for 3 hrs to be looked at and sent home. Rescheduled for an extraction in 2 weeks. (Price around $50 for 1 tooth) with insurance. Still in pain What was the point of the walk in to be told come back in 2 weeks.So now took off work again ready for the appointment get there after being In pain for 2 weeks they said they put the apt in as an exam rather then an extraction soooo again did not pull the tooth which now became 2 teeth need pulled to be rescheduled 4 days later also was told the the extraction was going to be around $80 for both with insurance NOW another day off work get there get teeth pulled and was told new price was $190 So for the last 3 weeks that we’ve been dealing with them trying to get a tooth pulled the price went from $80 for 2 to $190 And the only thing that they could tell me that the price was changed was because we owed a $50 copay again the math aint mathen here but ok I’ve worked with this company for many years all my children go to this company it is a hit or a miss here You have some really nice stuff here But this place is always all over the place you never get the same person it’s always somebody different and a lot of the times they do their job half a$$ to get people in and out bad cleanings and sloped together fillings I think that iv finally had enough and will be taken my family elsewhere

Dr. Pratt is the best hands down I went in today with 5 cavities in the front top of my mouth, my fang tooth was chipped and black and I was embarrassed to smile for a while now, I was so nervous about if it would hurt being in the front and what the outcome would look like. Dr. Pratt explained everything he was doing to me , numbed me really good and had me laughing and relaxed, he originally wasn’t supposed to do the whole procedure someone else filled the tooth in after the doctor numbed it and cleaned out the decay but by the grace of God Dr. Pratt ended up doing the whole procedure himself not to mention he was the only doctor there today and he took his time , I’d say an hour or so and I was done. When he handed the mirror to me to look at my new smile I literally cried . Seriously I thanked him at least 5x he truly gave me my confidence back and now I can smile with nice teeth again! I will continue to go to only Dr Pratt from here on out! Thank you so much again Dr. Pratt you have no idea how much this means to me and I really appreciate you. He’s good at what he does ppl!

Since I posted this review I thought maybe someone from the office would reach out to me and find out what happened, but they as of yet have not done so… which I believe 4 months is plenty of time…it makes me wonder are employees hiding what goes on or does upper management just not care??? It is absolutely not how I would run a business especially one so sensitive as dentistry. And by the way they did a horrible cleaning job it was rushed, the whole visit was very unprofessional all the way around.

Instead of the three women talking and giggling about unrelated matters, should have been more focused on the work they were going to be performing on the patient which was me… She seemed confident in the work she was going to perform but she was wrong so I politely got up and left I will never go to a Kenmore dental again in my life same with Aspen
