Had a check up by Dr Ismail who was very welcoming and respectful despite the condition of my teeth. He even took out a bit plaque out of my canine tooth out of courtesy which I really appreciated.

I then had an appointment with Pooja the dental hygienist who was assisted by nurse Nazish. Again, kind and welcoming, and Pooja also provided with a lot of information and methods on how to maintain clean teeth which was very insightful and appreciated as I was never told about such methods in any of my visits prior.

My third visit to the hygienist Pooja, she is delightful, what an asset to the practice and profession. She is caring gentle and very compassionate about her work, and all of this with a lovely smile, you cannot ignore her enthusiasm or the useful tips on your everyday hygiene routine which makes it more achievable. Thankyou Pooja, and thank you to the rest of the team who are always very accommodating.

We had our regular check up here today. We have been coming here for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The Dentist is lovely, he never tries to pressure you into having work done. Explains every thoroughly.
The dental nurses/receptionists are brilliant. Everyone is really kind which is exactly what you need especially if you are a nervous patient.
