Excellent dental practice. I’ve only been a patient at this practice since December 2022 but I have received nothing but 5 star treatment on the 4 occasions that I have attended. Andrew my dentist and Rachel my hygienist alongside her lovely assistant always make me feel welcomed, as do the receptionist, and I always leave feeling reassured considering that I suffer with dentophobia. I have had treatment and check ups from this practice and have no complaints at all. I always feel listened to and well advised on best practice and products to use on my teeth. The monthly practice plan is worth its weight in gold to assure me that I have regular check ups and hygienist appointments twice a year. Couldn’t recommend the practice highly enough.
Went here a while ago for a plate to be made. I think I had my appointment on the same day as Ed the horse had his and i got mixed up. Took me 2 weeks of self implementated speech therapy to say normal words again. Did lots of DiY adjusents to the soft stuff but after a long time things never ,’ bedded in’
Asked for an appointment to sort it and was told …you’d need to pay again. PS800 ..I don’t think so.

Treatment was around 04/22.
Reception said that no alterations can be made to metal structure so would need to get a new one made, I said I didn’t have the funds for that and that was basically the end of the conversation.
