During my recent visit to the dentist, I had the unfortunate experience of being treated by Dr. Mirsha, whose conduct left much to be desired. Not only was she consistently rude throughout the appointment, but her lack of proficiency was evident as she repeatedly dropped tools and seemed unsure of her actions.

What troubled me most was how she handled my son’s treatment. He ended up with literal chest tissue in his mouth, a clear indication of her incompetence. Despite his obvious discomfort, Dr. Mirsha displayed a shocking lack of concern, even resorting to yelling at him. It was distressing to witness her complete disregard for his well-being.

Furthermore, her lack of emotional intelligence was evident throughout the appointment. She demonstrated no sympathy or understanding of how her actions were impacting us as patients. Her behavior raises serious doubts about her suitability for working with children and indeed with any patients.

It is imperative for the dental practice to address these issues promptly. Patients, especially children, deserve to feel safe and respected during their appointments. I urge the practice to take appropriate action to ensure that future patients do not have to endure similar distressing experiences.

I love this staff!! My whole life I was always so scared of going to the dentist and I wanted to make sure my son has a different experience. So glad I found this place. They’re beyond great to my son with making him feel comfortable and extremely efficient, which is amazing with little one. Especially Stacy, we’ve been lucky enough to get her the last few times for his cleaning and she’s wonderful all around. So kind and professional. The cute ambiance and cartoon walls add even more to the experience. Thank you so much!!

This place is the best!! Not only do they do a great job with my children’s teeth when they go, but the staff are AMAZING!! Each time we have to go, the staff goes above and beyond to make the kids comfortable and happy and helps them get rid of their fears. I’m STILL afraid to go to the dentist for myself but my daughter gets EXCITED! We went today and my daughters birthday is in a couple days and they made her feel so special!! I definitely recommend anyone with kids to go here
