I have been taking my children to this office for 2 years and although the office staff and hygienist are great, the dentists are not. Dr. Odom does not acknowledge/communicate with parents or kids when he comes in the room. This last appointment I was told that BOTH of my twins had 8 cavities on their baby molars and was told they both needed sedation at Wellstar to have them filled. I met with Dr Pritchett to ask why nitrous in the office couldn’t be used and the fillings be done one at a time since my kids have never shown any issues with being at the dentist and he gave me every reason why it wouldn’t benefit his quality of work. He also said they would need crowns because the cavities were deep. None of this sat well with me because we went from 0 cavities to 8 in 6 months. I found another dentist farther away from Lagrange and took them for a 2nd opinion and was told they both had 2 cavities and one twin had the potential for a crown. Well today, they had the work done at the other dentist in the office under gas and he did NOT need a crown. Bottom line is, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This dentists practice is all about the most amount of money they can get out of your insurance at the expense of your child. Sedation is a risk for anyone, especially a child and one of my twins has a heart condition. They might be the only pediatric dentist in town that takes Medicaid but they are not the only one in the state of Georgia. Go elsewhere!

My son is extremely nervous when it comes to anything medical. When he went to see Dr. Pritchett for an extraction, my son was a bundle of nerves. The entire staff was very calm and mild mannered which of course put my son at ease. Dr. Pritchett answered all my son’s questions, reassured him, and carried on regular conversation with him. I have NEVER seen my son so calm at an appointment that he was at first nervous about. In fact, all of our visits so far have been wonderful for BOTH of my children. I applaud the doctors and staff here. I highly recommend this dentist office.

This place is great!! Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. My girls love this place. Everyone is so sweet. Recently my oldest girl had to have a procedure where is had to be put to sleep. Everything went so smoothly they were so informative the entire time. If I could I would Dr Pritchett and His team a 100 stars. I also want to give a shout out to the team at Wellstar Hospital they worked together to make a wonderful team thank you for taking care of my baby.
