I have been with this practice before it was purchased by Kievits. His wife Alyssa suggested a filling on a teeth never bothered me. I agreed to her suggestion. She messed up both the upper and lower jaws she did the filling. She affected my nerves. I went back couple times but her husband was lying to me telling me my nerves were intact. He prescribed sensitive toothpaste. My pain grew by the day until I couldn’t consume both cold and hot. The lat time I called, it took the husband seven hours to return my call although he already knew I was in sever pain. Then I had to switch to another practice, then they immediately referred me to an Endodontist and I had to have root canal because my nerve was damaged. After two months of suffering, I finally got relief. I’m extremely disappointed by these inexperienced couple who only focus on money than on their patients.

I have no doubt that this practice continues to be as warm, friendly, and successful as it was when I first started going there a few years ago. I was Dr. Santiago’s patient and from the very beginning, I was treated with respect and kindness. The whole office went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. If I could, I would travel back to CT just to continue being seen there. Dr. Santiago has since retired, but I know how much work and care she put into finding the best new dentists out there for her patients. Beautiful Smiles treated my sister (also a patient) and I like family. Thank you so much, Beautiful Smiles and Dr. Santiago, for all your hard work and dedication!

I am so happy with my dental care. Dr Santiago and her team are so thorough and strive for perfection. My husband is now her patient and I brought my kids who are all very happy to be under Dr Santiago’s care. Dr Santiago is unique in that she gives the personal touch: she calls to check on her patients after procedures (this is rare), she has the latest and greatest technology and she is meticulous. It’s obvious that her staff loves working there, too. The hygienists, dental assistant, and business associates are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.
