I’d start taking note of the cavities they are dismissing as stains and their hastiness to get your appointment done. My daughter lost a whole tooth due to their negligence of a small cavity; it eventually became a rotted out tooth because we believed their excuses. It must be a plot to receive more money from insurance from implants and root canals. Just drive down to Northcutt if you want your annual visit to amount to something and not an ignored cavity. Maybe that will change when the patients see their documented decay in Xrays long ago when they received the improper care and barratry become subpoenaed.
